The Women & Youth Economic Empowerment program addresses economic marginalization in rural pastoral communities. We equip women and youth with practical vocational skills, entrepreneurship training, and access to seed capital and markets. Our holistic approach builds financial literacy, establishes community-based enterprises, and creates sustainable income streams that transform households and strengthen community resilience.

Our Approach

We implement a holistic, community-driven model that integrates skills development with economic empowerment. Our approach includes: hands-on training in tailoring, beadwork, food processing, and sustainable home gardening; establishing women's cooperatives and youth business hubs; providing startup kits and linking entrepreneurs to microfinance; and creating market access through collective marketing and digital platforms. Each participant receives mentorship, business coaching, and ongoing support to ensure long-term success.
